Once you book an appointment you will receive a confirmation email and, in the email, there will be a link called "Manage My Appointment" that takes you to New Client Forms.

Yes, you can!  The cost is the same no matter the combination of modalities that you choose.

In general, the more modalities or services you'd like to receive in a session the more time you may need.  For example, if you just want acupuncture, a 60 min follow up session after your first appointment is fine.  However, if you want an intuitive reading as well as acupuncture, you may want to consider booking a longer appointment.

No, you don't.  Modalities desired can be decided at the time of your appointment.  However, the modalities chosen will need to align within the amount of time that you've booked
